Es handelt sich hierbei um die Fortschreibung des Sportentwicklungsplanes aus dem Jahr 2000, der ebenfalls von Prof. Dr. Rode erstellt wurde. Der Planungsprozess setzte sich aus mehreren empirischen Erhebungen und einem moderierten Beteiligungsverfahren zusammen. Herzst\u00fcck der Planung war eine repr\u00e4sentative Befragung von 10.000 per Zufallsstichprobe ausgew\u00e4hlten Potsdamerinnen und Potsdamer. Um m\u00f6glichst breite Kreise auf das Planungsverfahren aufmerksam zu machen, wurde im Dezember 2012 die erste Potsdamer Breitensportkonferenz gemeinsam mit der Landeshauptstadt und den Partnern vom LSB Brandenburg, dem Ministerium f\u00fcr Bildung, Jugend und Sport des Landes Brandenburg (MBJS) sowie dem Stadtsportbund Potsdam durchgef\u00fchrt.
