Der Ausrichter der Konferenz &#8211; das polnische Institut f\u00fcr Entwicklung von Sportst\u00e4tteninfrastruktur (Instytut Rozwoju Infrastruktury Sportowej IRIS) unter Leitung von Piotr Bubela &#8211; f\u00f6rdert die Zusammenarbeit und den Erfahrungsaustausch zwischen Managern von Sport- und Freizeiteinrichtungen im In- und Ausland, der staatlichen Sportverwaltung, der Regierung, der Wissenschaft und der Wirtschaft. Auf Einladung des IRIS pr\u00e4sentierte Dr. Barsuhn, stellvertretender Vorstand des <a href=\"http:\/\/www.inspo-sportentwicklung.de\/\" target=\"_blank\">Instituts f\u00fcr kommunale Sportentwicklungsplanung e.V. (INSPO)<\/a> und Professor f\u00fcr Sportmanagement an der <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fhsmp.de\/\" target=\"_blank\">Fachhochschule f\u00fcr Sport und Management Potsdam (FHSMP)<\/a>, seine Forschungsarbeit und die Erfolge, die das Institut bei der Erarbeitung von Sportentwicklungspl\u00e4nen f\u00fcr deutsche Kommunen erzielen konnte.
